For our very first assignment for our Digital Fabrication for Arcade Cabinet Design class, we needed to build a scene from a movie using unity. I wanted to do an iconic movie that hopefully everyone would recognize, and I wanted to do something that involved the outdoors since building houses and walls seems a bit out of my reach right now.
After some brainstorming, I excitedly landed on Jurassic Park, and more importantly, the scene where Dr. Alan Grant and the two kids are walking through the field and they see a flock of dinosaurs running away from a T-rex. Here’s the scene in case a reminder is needed:
After that, I added some trees and last but not least, added some dinosaurs. I did this all while watching tutorials from YouTube, and just selecting the ones that worked for what I needed to do. I’m really pleased with my scene!! for never having used Unity before, I think it’s impressive lol
